About who needs care: PMH Huntingtons chorea and heart failure. Morning routine of warming food, checking BP, take out for morning walks around front with rollator. Laundry once a week, linen changes once a week, assist with showers. He is able to scrub self just need assist with water and monitoring for falls, clean restroom. About the care needs: calm, and patient but able to be firm with what he needs to do because he is stubborn and can be lazy. Does not like to exercise or shower. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
