Seeking Evening Caregiver

About the job

We're looking for a kind, dependable caregiver to help my mom end her day comfortably. Evening care includes: • Changing briefs, gently washing private areas, and emptying her catheter bag • Using a Hoyer lift to transfer her from her wheelchair to her bed • Helping her get dressed for bed • Cooking • Bathing (we can provide training) Around the house: • Light chores such as laundry, dishes, taking out the trash, sweeping, and changing bed sheets We're hoping to find someone who is patient, compassionate, and reliable, and who will treat my mom with the same respect and kindness they'd show their own family. Mom enjoys watering her yard, playing games on her phone, and cuddling with her dog (Loki). Loki is a tiny yorkie who, despite his old age, is very sprite.
