Caregiver Wanted - Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) Shifts Available: Night Shift: 9:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at a small, friendly RCFE. No experience is required -- training will be provided. Job Responsibilities Provide care for 8 residents at night or 4 residents during daytime Assist with ADLs: dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers Light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning rooms, keeping common areas tidy Simple meal preparation and serving meals/snacks Monitor residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift Follow facility policies and communication procedures Language preference: Mandarin or Filipino (Tagalog/other Filipino languages)
