He often feels too weak emotionally and physically to leave the house, but he often can with the right type of encouragement. He has some minor peripheral neuropathy of the feet and some other chronic pains, but can usually walk shorter distances independently. He enjoys discussing history and politics. He is more of a talker than a listener. Iranian. About the care needs: Someone who gives him the space to talk, as he enjoys talking, but can interact in a conversation still. Someone who can have discussions with someone who has similar or opposing views. Ideally a more positive and extroverted personality, but not a hard requirement. Although cooking or light chores would be appreciated, he is mostly looking for someone to accompany him during the day as he feels alone. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
