About who needs care: I have autism and ADHD. Never received help for it when I was younger and I'm struggling with personal care and household. I need help cleaning my room, doing laundry and staying on task. About the care needs: I need someone who is gentle, understanding, yet is not afraid to tell me straight up. Someone who has experience or is educated about individuals, specifically adults with autism + ADHD. Not allergic to cats. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
