Hands-on Care Needed For My Parents In Carmel

Help needed for my Mom and Dad, both in their 80s - seeking part-time hands-on care. Both require medication prompting, transportation to appointments (their car), meal preparation and some assistance around the house. Mom requires some assistance dressing and dad needs help with his shoes and socks. The ideal match will be willing to handle some light housekeeping, laundry and some meal preparation, and also has experience administering and managing medication. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets (my sisters dog is sometimes at the house) and CPR / first-aid trained. Mom and Dad are still fairly independent, self-toileting, and self-feeding. Both use walkers but get around well. They have been together since high school.
