About who needs care: He is currently capable of doing self-care tasks but has decking memory issues. He needs help with daily household tasks and chores, reminders to take medication, and assistance with routines. About the care needs: Caregiver should have experience with patients with memory issues, willingness to prepare basic meals, legally able to drive and have reliable transportation. This is a live-in only situation. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
