Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Carlsbad

Part-time caregiver needed for my 71-year-old husband, who is paraplegic. We're looking for someone to join our team of part-time caregivers to help with his morning routine. The shift is about two hours with a flexible start time between 8-9 a.m. Pay is $30/hr with a $60 minimum and bonuses for 3+ days a week and holidays. Duties include using an electric lift for transfers, toileting, minor wound care, showering three times a week, dressing, and helping him get into his wheelchair for the day. Experience with paraplegic or mobility care is helpful, but we can train the right person. Must be reliable, comfortable with hands-on care, and have dependable transportation. Please share your experience and availability. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and is comfortable with pets.
