Companion Care Needed For My Father In Anaheim

I need a companion care provider experience for my father in his 70s. He has Parkinson's Disease. He lives with my mother in a two-bedroom, single story condo. What we need: (1) Some experience with Parkinson's patients. (2) Help my father walk around and prevent falls. (3) Drive him to some of his appointments. (4) Help keep track of his medication. (5) Non-smoker and does not have any pets. (6) Light housekeeping work. (7) We are a very religious family (Muslim faith) and looking for someone who understands and respects that.
