About who needs care: Good meals at 7:30. 12:30. And 5:00. He can entertain himself. Sleeps quite a bit. Very good natured. Hes a sweetheart. He lives with his daughter. A 70 yo woman About the care needs: A pretty younger thin white woman is what my dad prefers. He's a very gentile dignified gentleman. Not a dirty old man. I am just explaining what works best for him in a caregiver. Because of his environment growing up he tends to have some deep seated predudices towards color, obesity. His children have been unable unseat these. He was a commander in the military and an administrator his whole life and he likes/needs to be in charge. Hes strong willed and very independent. Still doing his one laundry but I wish he wouldnt). And he was driving until last June. He sleeps much of the day but needs his meals prepared. And trips to grocery store or out to Wendys or Macdonald s etc several times per week. I travel quit a bit. So our needs would change. When I was home they would be less but still daily. When not at home perhaps 24/day. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
