Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Tempe

About who needs care: I'm a cancer fighter who was recently hospitalized for an infection and am now back at home. I live alone with my friendly dog Ollie in Tempe. I currently havea g-tube, and a PIC line and am fully mobile and able to mostly care for myself with a little help getting around. My caregiver will help with tube feeds and grinding and mixing medications with water. I do receive a daily dose o antibiotics through my PIC line as well. My day is filled with visits from family and friends as well as napping and spending time in my backyard. I do need help with running errands and going to therapy and doctors appointments, and I own a car that can be used for these but currently cannot drive it myself so need my caregiver to take the wheel. I do have a wonderful and loving cadre of caregivers who are supportive of me and need one more person to join the team. Looking forward to meeting you! About the care needs: My ideal caregiver is a person who is willing to work on a team with the others who are caring for me. They know or are willing to learn the skills and tasks that are a part of caring for me, and will respect my desire to be as independent as possible. And they'll want to enjoy both time with me and time alone while I'm napping or seeing family and friends. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
