About who needs care: - She has some short term memory loss but nothing major - She can walk with her walker with assistance but needs some help getting up and going to the bathroom - She needs help changing her briefs/changing the pad on her bed if she relieves herself in the night on accident without going to the bathroom - She needs help bathing once per week and getting in and out of her bathtub - She needs to be reminded when to take her meds - She needs to be taken to dr appointments once in a while About the care needs: - Quiet, strong, and willing to do a variety of things if needed. My grandma sleeps and relaxes a lot of the time, she doesn't need to be entertained. She just needs someone who can help her with her mobility, change her breifs/bed or assist her on her walker to the bathroom and help her get up off the toilet, and assist with some other small things. We want someone live in to be there for her if she needs help with other things. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
