About who needs care: My Mom is obese with very low mobility. I would like to get transport in a wheelchair accessible van (that she would not need to get out of the wheelchair) for a dinner theater performance in Mesa. She lives in San Tan Valley. Transport would be round trip. About the care needs: Someone patient to assist her into and out of the vehicle. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
