My parent is an older adult who will occasionally be returning home after hospital or rehab stays. I'm building a small pool of reliable, calm caregivers for short 3-6 hour in-home shifts focused on safety, personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility), light housekeeping, errands/shopping, meal prep/feeding, transportation to follow-up visits, and companionship. This is non-medical care only (no wound care, injections, or medication administration). Our immediate family needs are covered right now; this post is to connect with caregivers interested in future, occasional hospital-to-home shifts in the coming weeks/months, not an urgent or full-time schedule.
