About the job
He is very gentle, funny, and easygoing, with a predictable routine. Duties include companionship, serving pre-prepped meals, light housekeeping (kitchen/bath tidy, sweeping, vacuum), dressing support, mobility assistance, gentle activity, and incontinence care (brief changes/toileting). No heavy lifting. Calm, clean home with a supportive family. Ideal for CNAs, nursing students, or semi-retired caregivers. Spanish-speaking is a plus. Must be dependable, patient, a non-smoker, comfortable with pets, and have reliable transportation. Pay: $20-$25/hr. Pay differential available for weekend shifts for the right long term caregiver.
