Oversee incoming packages, returns, and household deliveries 5. Communicate with handyman, housekeeper, and other service providers 6. Coordinate with property manager and help oversee small household projects 7. Run errands as needed (pharmacy, groceries, Fedex, etc.) 8. Light household upkeep 9.
