About who needs care: Parkinson's disease managed with a SQ pump (similar to an insulin pump). She has a large, but friendly dog. Love's dogs, Suns basketball and some other spectator sports. We need someone to come in every morning from 8-10 to help dressing and changing the syringe on her pump. Make sure she takes her vitamins and medicine. Then again at 8 p.m. to do the same thing and get her to bed . This may only be needed for a couple months as my sister will be moving in from out of state early next year. The date is not set as she needs to sell property and other arrangements. About the care needs: Likes animals Some housekeeping (vacuum, wash a few dishes, change sheets) The medication pump is actually pretty easy, except her hands don't really work on the small parts well. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
