Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Goodyear

About who needs care: Our father (Michael) is mostly quadriplegic as a result of a fall, and we are looking for caregivers to join the care team a few days a week. Experience using a Hoyer is helpful. Shifts are Tue/Thur from 8AM-12 p.m. every single week and Sundays 5-9 p.m. (optional) We have a small group of 5 caregivers that help out. My dad lives with his wife in Pebble Creek. We would prefer a caregiver who lives closeby. Reliability and on-time attendance is extremely important as our father can not risk someone not showing up for a shift due to due his physical condition. Experience with a Hoyer is important.
