About who needs care: Presently hire 1 1/2 hours 1 day a week to clean small kitchen and one bath. I need an adult to add comments to my managing a few rentals for my income. I find I must respond to tenants for various problems they have . About the care needs: Presently I have a person who post rental income to a ledger and write checks for me to sign each month. That person is taking a 5 day a week full time job and can not do my work in a timely way anymore. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
