About who needs care: I have had back surgery twice; and both knees replaced ; right foot, ankle and arch reconstructed and both feet operated on; I have COPD and I have to use oxygen quite often. I have a hearing problem that cannot be corrected I am deaf in my left ear and have had 5 different surgeries to correct the problem and I refused to have any more simply because if it could not be corrected in 5 times it wasn't going to be corrected by the 6th time . I have something wrong between my shoulders that prevents me from raising my arms above my head to be able tobwash my hair properly and I have a hard time getting in and out of the shower because of my knees as well as my neck problems I am supposed to wear a neck brace when I am not driving and because of these difficulties it makes it extremely hard for me to get to ans from my doctors appointments as all of thenbare in Gadsden and I also have a heart condition and I am in the 3rd stage if kidney failure and I am supposed to be seeing a cardiologist and a kidney specialist also but I can't get to my appointments because it hurts me to drive About the care needs: I would like a female caregiver and a Christian , one that believes in God , and one that doesn't have an allergy to dogs as I have a service dog and they must not be afraid of dogs; my dog is a small dog she is a schnauzer and Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
