About who needs care: I can walk with a cane or walker. I need someone to help with Phyical therapy. I had a mild stroke in Feb. 7 . I have a sound mind . I had back surgery in 2012. I was scheduled to have back surgery by Dr Bentley. He did an angiogram in Feb a few days before I was scheduled for back surgery. I went home that day the next morning my husband noticed my face looked different. He decided to take me to the ER at south east. Turned out I had a stroke . I was in the hospital for a week. I came home from the hospital unable to walk without help. I need assistance getting breakfast and lunch. My husband will be home for the evening meal. I may need help taking a bath. I have a walkin tub. Also getting dressed. I may need help in the bathroom occasionally. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
