About the job
Hello, I have quite a few animals that I need taken care of as I am leaving town for 10 days. I have 4 cats, 4 guinea pigs, and 7 parakeets. For the cats, I have automatic feeders and litter boxes so you won't have much except make sure they have food/water and empty the litter one a week. For the piggies, I have an open enclosure with fleece padding. So you will need to vacuum up their poop every few days. I have a small hand vac and trash can right next to the cage. Only takes a few minutes. I guess that's optional if you don't want to deal with that, but it's not much. For the birdies, they should be fine for the whole time. But you may need to change their water and top off their food one or twice. It may sound like a lot of work, but it should only be about a 15 min visit each day.
