About the job
Looking for a housekeeper who can dual as a property manager for a condo in Quechee. The owners visit about once per month to visit their son at Dartmouth University. The condo is also sometimes used for family guests for long weekends (about 1x per month). When not having housekeeping, we would like a weekly checkin to make sure the property has no maintenance issues. On occasion we have random errands (ex: receiving packages) or stocking basic groceries prior to arrival. This is a very part time role but looking for a long-term, trusted employee. This role can be very flexible based on your own schedule. Great communication is required to work with the family's assistant to schedule maintenance and housekeeping needs.
