We need an initial deep cleaning, then weekly cleaning. Only the downstairs, 1500 SF includes 1 br, 1. 5 baths, kitchen, dining & study plus entry hall. We prefer a cleaning person to work from our list, by the hour, not by the cleaners method or task list so we get what we need done as we are unable to do certain things for ourselves but can do others just fine. Would be helpful to have the bed linens changed weekly but not required. Window blinds, sills, interior glass, millwork, webs, dusting, etc is needed. Not dishes or laundry. Looking for a psuedo housekeeper on a long term basis who might do multiple times per week once upper floor renovations are completed.
