Ideal for someone organized, independent & comfortable with a fast-paced schedule. Responsibilities • Clean & reset 5 homes weekly • Restock supplies & track inventory • Assist w/ light property management • Run errands • Report maintenance issues • Help w/ organizing & small projects • Ensure properties are guest-ready Schedule • 30-40 hours weekly varies based on bookings • some weekends Requirements • Reliable personal vehicle • Basic property management knowledge • Strong work ethic & independence • College students encouraged
