I am seeking a proactive and reliable Home Manager to oversee a variety of household operations. This is a part-time position for 6 hours/week, 1 day/week. The house is located in South Austin. Core Responsibilities - Household cleaning and organizing. - Scheduling and overseeing house maintenance and repair services. - Coordinating household shopping and managing inventory. - Basic meal planning, preparation, and coordination. - Running errands, including shopping, pick-ups and returns. Qualifications - Experience in household or property management (preferred) - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. - Strong communication abilities and discretion. - Proficiency in using online tools like email and Excel. - Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. - A driver's license and own vehicle.
