What You'll Do This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining a clean, organized, and clutter-free home: Cleaning & House Care • Full home upkeep and cleaning (bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, floors, etc.) • Deep cleaning projects on rotation (baseboards, fans, oven, grout, etc.) • Keep surfaces cleared and tidy -- no clutter build-up Laundry • Wash, dry, fold, iron (if needed), and put away laundry • Keep laundry routines running smoothly (no piles/stacks) • Change and launder bed linens Organization • Maintain tidy closets, cabinets, drawers, and storage spaces • Refresh pantry and fridge to keep everything neat and efficient • Identify when items are running low and communicate needs Meal Prep / Household Help • Light meal prep, simple batch cooking, or prepping ingredients for the week • Occasionally run small errands
