I will pay 25-30 an hour. Should take about 3 hours to clean. I am 64 yrs old with serious health issues. I must have sanitized apartment. Will give good tip. I'm very friendly and sweet. Looking for a non-smoker maid who's excellent and takes pride in their work. Someone takes is clean. Friendly and good worker. Will be in other room. I need help to deep clean (1st time and every month going forward) and sanitize 1 bathroom and a small kitchen. Don't know exact measurements. Small apartment. Start date tomorrow 9-12 if available. If not can start Monday, October 6th. Then every other Friday morning 9-12. We have 2 bedroom 2 bath small apartment located at East Ridge Germantown Garden Apartments. Kitchen No fridge cleaning. Clean next time. Clean all of stove thoroughly. Wash floors. Clean microwave All countertops and rest of kitchen. My bf bathroom needs good sanitize and cleaning every time.
