A family of three, in Philadelphia, needs to hire an experienced live-out Housekeeper. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have experience caring for a formal home. Responsibilities include: daily housekeeping and upkeep, organizing closets and storage areas, making beds and changing linens, family laundry, and caring for high-end furnishings, antiques, artwork, and delicate surfaces. Additional responsibilities include maintaining appliances and supplies, accepting deliveries, running errands, and assisting with other household needs as they arise. Cooking and willingness to take medium sized family dog on walks is a bonus. Flexibility to provide occasional overnight coverage when the family travels is preferred. Driving a plus but not required. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 30-35 hours per week and flexible hours (35 guaranteed hours per week). Salary range: $45-$55 per hour. Immediate start. 4971
