Overview: I am a newly single dad with 50% custody of 4 school-aged kids. I am not looking for a deep cleaner or a full-time nanny. I am looking for a "Family Assistant" to help with the weekly logistics so I can focus on the kids when they are home. The Schedule: Flexible on days/times. The schedule will need to work around when the kids are / aren't in my care. What I Need Help With: Laundry: Keeping up with washing, folding, and putting away clothes for 4 kids. Meal Prep. Grocery/Inventory: Checking the pantry and helping me build the shopping list. Light Tidying / Cleaning: General organizing and resetting the house (dishes, wiping counters). Occasional deep cleaning as needed. Perfect For: Someone who is organized, proactive, and understands the rhythm of a busy family home.
