We are a busy family looking for a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper who can help keep our home both clean and organized. We're not just looking for surface cleaning - we need someone who truly cares about where things go and helps create and maintain simple systems that keep our home running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: General Cleaning (kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms) Laundry (wash, fold and put away in the correct spots) Keep things organized, not just tidy Help set up and maintain systems for toys, closets, pantry, etc. Take initiative and noticed what needs to be done - communicate openly if unsure Schedule: 2-3 days/week, flexible hours. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and values a home that feels calm, clean and orderly.
