Looking For A Dependable Mothers Helper (meal Prep, Kitchen Cleanup)

Searching for someone to help out about 2 days a week with meal prep for our family, while also helping with kitchen clean up. We are a busy family and would love to have someone around for a few hours in late afternoon to help with making dinners, and some meal prep for the following day. Also to help with dishes and maybe light laundry if time allows We would provide stocked groceries but open to suggestions on recipes you feel comfortable with!
