My husband and I have disabilities and mobility issues that limit us to basic tasks like dishes, laundry, and keeping ourselves fed. We both work full time and are exhausted and in pain by the time we get home. Weekends are spent resting or supporting philanthropic work for diabetes and cancer research. I used to manage the house, but after back fusion surgery, three rounds of COVID, and a neuropathic condition that limits me to mostly sedentary activity, I cant keep up. With four cats and a rescued husky who isnt housetrained, its beyond us. We need a deep cleaning, help organizing so my son can take items to the dump, and weekly or biweekly follow-up. We prefer someone who can come during the day while were at work, though rare weekend help may be needed for larger projects.
