Need House Manager For Busy Home! (No Babysitting!)

We are a family of 5 plus three dogs and we need someone to help us keep our lives in order! My husband and I work 50-60 hour weeks and have three older kids who have many after school commitments. We are finding that we have trouble keeping up with regular cleaning and laundry and are struggling with getting meals on the table that aren't fast food. We are looking for someone who can work independently and become a part of our family. Cleaning upkeep, meal prep, and laundry are the main pieces that we need help with. Schedule is very flexible. Hoping to have someone around 15 hours a week at a rate of $20/hour. You could come during the day when the house is quiet or you could be here in the evenings/weekends when we are in/out. You would need to take the time to make friends with our timid dogs, but once they know you, you'll be BFFs!
