Part-time Afternoon Help With Housekeeping And Childcare

I'm a stay-at-home mom with three kids (ages 6, 4, and 1) and two dogs, and I'm looking for some extra help with both housekeeping and childcare. Afternoons are the biggest need: while I pick up the older kids from school and take them to after-school activities, I need someone to be at the house while my 1-year-old naps. Since he will usually be napping during this time, any housekeeping that can get done would be very helpful. Help with dinner prep would also be amazing. Once a week, I need to leave an hour before my husband gets home, so you'd have a short window of solo responsibility with the kids. Otherwise, I'll be home and sharing duties. I'd love to find someone organized and punctual, who can see what needs to be done and take initiative without needing to be managed. Comfort around dogs is also very important.
