Fun family of five in Montclair, NJ--three respectful girls--seeking a House Manager. 3-5 days/week, 15-20 hours (3-5 hrs/day), flexible between 8am-6 p.m. $20-35/hr DOE. Not a nanny role. Ready to hire immediately with 30-day mutual trial. Our last house manager was proactive, self-directed, and built systems that kept everything running. She's on leave to have her first child. We have a babysitter and cleaners--this role is household management only. Biggest wins: Keep laundry under control (folding/putting away is the bottleneck), empty the dishwasher daily, and stay ahead of clutter (toys, clothes, shoes back where they belong). Also: grocery pickup, errands, returns, occasional projects. Plus: Light dinner prep (not cooking). Requirements: Valid license, reliable car, organizational skills, work independently.
