Growing up I had a wonderful helper who became family, that's our long-term goal now. This will start as primarily a HK role with daily needs like whole-house cleaning (bathrooms, floors, counters, dishes, laundry, tidy) but it's vital you're comfortable stepping in with our kids (7 & 4). Someone who can eventually smoothly step in for homework (Spanish speaking is a plus!), settling for meals/bedtime while we cook/work or even helping with the cooking. Eventually babysitting if we need to step out & for date nights etc. Organizational projects and pet care are needed too, like the bunny's cage. We'd start biweekly but will move toward more frequency with pay increases as responsibilities grow. Faith-based is a plus but not necessary; experience with children, or as a live in nanny or certifications like CPR appreciated.
