Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper to clean a small rental property based on guest check-in and check-out dates. The home is a very simple clean and includes: 2 bedrooms (one is an office with only a desk to dust) 1 bathroom Kitchen Living room & dining area (light dusting) Hardwood floors (vacuum + Swiffer) Laundry, including washing/drying linens and changing bedding I have an upcoming need this Sunday, December 7th at 11:00 AM, with additional dates moving forward. This is typically a 2-hour job (sometimes less, depending on how guests leave the space). No hourly rates, please. Send one flat price for cleaning the entire home. The longest part of the job is usually waiting for linens to wash and dry but I have extra linens that I use in rotation.
