Searching for a great house cleaner that can do a deep cleaning but also helps with organization and reoccurring cleaning. I have two persian cats and we are previous smokers needing the home deodorization but also declutter. We live on East Bay in an older beach home on stilts with no elevator; we and our home are casual boho style people. Can you bring your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc)? Vacuuming and/or mopping, deep cleaning complete home and changing bed linens. Deep cleaning cabinets, dusting, valances, ceiling fans. window washing, organization (beyond standard tidying). The second floor will only need to be done every so often but I am also looking for a monthly cleaner for the main. We are locals, both disabled Vets; I am convalescent from two recent surgeries and teleworking some part time hours.
