Must be dog friendly. No current dogs but there will be in the future. We prefer weekends so we are home during the service in case something arises, it can be addressed easier. The plan is to obtain service monthly but more frequent service may be needed and can be adjusted at a later date. We provide the cleaning products & some cleaning equipment.
