About the job
The tenant recently moved out. All items have been removed from the residence in preparation for a new tenant; however, a deep clean is still required. I'm unsure of the exact date yet, but it will be in the next few weeks. The property does not have carpet, so this will include extensive mopping. Both bathrooms and the kitchen will also require extensive cleaning, but a deep clean of the entire residence is requested, including the walls and ceiling. All of the rooms and cabinets are empty. The stove and refrigerator are also empty.
