In Search Of A Household Assistant (6-8 Hours/week)

My husband and I are looking for a household assistant (I hope that's the right term!). We live in University City with our infant son and friendly 60lb pup (bernedoodle). We have the ability to be flexible on scheduling - although our ideal days would be Mondays and Fridays (while we WFH). We are primarily looking for someone who is willing to be flexible based on our weekly needs. Routine tasks would include laundry (including putting away), dishes, tiding and vacuuming. In addition to these routine tasks, we are hoping to find an assistant who has the flexibility to help with tasks such as the following: light family meal prep (including for our infant son), periodic errands (including returns and groceries), organization beyond standard tiding, and maybe even the occasional dog walk.
