Part-Time House Manager / Family Assistant -- Riverside, MO 15 hrs a week | $300/wk | Mon-Fri 3 hrs/day (flexible) Hi everyone I'm a single mom with a baby, a 6-year-old, a big (4, 000 sq ft) house, and two cats. I'm looking for a dependable, detail-minded House Manager who can help me keep life running smoothly--cleaning, meal prep, laundry, organization, tidying, cat care, home maintenance, noticing when things need fixing, and occasionally scheduling or calling repair people. Most weeks may include a few hours of childcare. I'll be honest: I have very high standards, but not because I'm difficult--my family is recovering from toxic mold exposure and need to keep our environment genuinely clean, calm and low-toxin for health reasons. If you love structure, lists, and leaving a space better than you found it, we'll get along great.
