Person with lifting restrictions seeking household assistance with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) to improve safety in home and quality of life. Caregiver skills needed: Patience, empathy, friendliness, positivity. Dependable, punctual, organized with clear communication skills. Activities include: Laundry, dishes, putting away items, household organization, house cleaning, taking out trash/recycling, and lifting/carrying/transporting items within the home. Flexible schedule, within hours listed below. Can be combined with PCA position for more hours, up to an avg of 12. 75 per week. Prefer someone to do shorter 3-4 hour shifts a few times a week vs one long day. Female or feminine-presenting individuals preferred due to reactive dog. Position is paid for using county CADI Waiver so pay rate is not negotiable.
