I am looking for someone who can take care of some non-routine cleaning projects. First is to clean windows, some of which have mold on them. Second is to clean the radiators for the heating system. Third many of the walls and ceilings need to be cleaned. After that we can talk about some of the more routine cleaning issues like cleaning bathrooms, washing floors, etc.
