Its a typical Row Home - Someone will usually be there when you clean - we have pets - we have a mix of hard wood & carpet. Sometimes both bedrooms & office upstairs will need cleaning sometimes just two rooms. Living Room, Dining Room, and kitchen will always need cleaning & the main bathroom upstairs.
