Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12 or 1 - 8 p.m. Can be 35-40 hours/week, depending on the candidate's preference. Duties: Assisting with the deep cleaning of a 10, 000 sq. ft. residence and secondary home next door, stocking/refilling supplies, keeping inventory and ordering items as needed, tracking and managing dry cleaning, running errands as needed, assisting with laundry and ironing, organizing and bathing family's dog. Housekeeping duties are shared with 2 other Housekeepers. Requirements: 5+ years of professional Housekeeping experience including experience working in large, high-end homes, as well as a clean criminal and good driving record. Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive and professional, and take pride in their job. Must also have excellent communication in English and be willing to work collaboratively with family's 2 other Housekeepers. Travel: None Pets: 1 dog - Labradoodle. Must be comfortable bathing dog. Driving/Parking: Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from the home. Parking is available. Additional Information: Family has 2 children - 1 teenager and 1 in college. Another family member lives with them part-time as well. Compensation: $45+ per hour, depending on experience, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays and a health stipend Start Date: ASAP
