PT Housekeeper-Family Assistant In Andover - $55-60 Per Hour

Location: Andover, MA Schedule: 30 hours per week, depending on the candidate's preference. Exact schedule is flexible. Duties: Cleaning and organization of a 6, 500 sq. ft. home with 2 adults. Tasks include laundry, changing bed linens, organizing the home, restocking household supplies, running errands if needed and managing incoming packages. Requirements: 3+ years of professional housekeeping experience in private residences and a clean criminal record are required. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, motivated, energetic, and discreet and will take pride in their work. Must love organizing, have great communication in English. Family is looking for a long term fit! Pets: 1 dog - Golden Retriever (no pet care required) Travel: Family has a second home in Rockport, MA and Housekeeper will go there to tidy as needed. Driving/Parking: Driving is required and must have a reliable vehicle to run errands or travel to the other home - mileage will be reimbursed. Parking is available. Compensation: $55-60 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays and a healthcare stipend Start Date: ASAP
