We are a busy family of six with four kids and multiple jobs, and our home often gets neglected. We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented person who can not only clean but also create systems of order to keep our household running smoothly. The ideal candidate will put things away properly, organize spaces, and help maintain structure in a hectic environment. Responsibilities include: bathroom, kitchen, and general room cleaning; vacuuming/mopping; dusting; laundry (washing, folding, organizing); changing bed linens; closet cleaning/organization; oven, refrigerator, and cabinet cleaning; window washing; and organization beyond standard tidying. This role is about more than cleaning--it's about helping us build a clean, welcoming, and organized home.
