Wish I Could Clone Myself But I Can't. Can You Help?

I'm a busy mom that can't get it all done. We are generally clean but I need extra help taking care of the house. Example tasks include "maintenence" cleaning - wiping down kitchen bathroom sinks and counters and toilets (no showers/tubs); floors - sweeping floors and occasional mopping; laundy - including bed linens; vaccuming; organization - put the kids toys away, unload dishwasher etc. I'd love to grow this position into a house manager with additional reponsibilities (and pay). Example tasks include running errands (grocery pickup), organize kids clothes and even watch my kids for a couple of hours after school. The best candidates would be someone who has been a mom and CEO of household who can help me with my mental load and just "notice and do."
